11am – Mixed Ability Pilates at St Georges RC Church Hall

6pm – Mixed Ability Pilates at Gymnasium, Sewell Park Academy

7pm – Mixed Ability Pilates at Gymnasium, Sewell Park Academy

*this class is recommended for anyone looking to have a more gentle session.

 

Tuesday

10am – Mixed Ability Pilates at Sprowston Pavillion

6pm – Mixed Ability Pilates at Silver Road Community Centre

7pm – Mixed Ability Pilates at Silver Road Community Centre

Wednesday

10am – Mixed Ability Pilates at Waterloo Park Cafe

6pm – Mixed Ability Pilates at Buxton Lodge, Catton Park

7pm – Mixed Ability Pilates at Buxton Lodge, Catton Park

Thursday

1:1 Pilates or 2:1 Pilates available

(also available throughout the week)

Friday

Pilates online or in person at several Norwich venues

Committing to 4 weeks of pilates is going to help you get results, however, if life gets in the way one month you can easily take a break.

The Pilates classes are held at various venues in Norwich and online.
